CURSOR 8 - F2B - Replacement diagram (October 14, 2007)

You can see below the replacement diagram for the turbos built on IVECO Cursor 8:

Upon replacement remember that:

• Holset models HX40V and HY40V are not directly replaceable. An adapter kit from IVECO is necessary.

• Turbos with MFS (machined from solid) compressor wheels are machined from aluminium blocks and are designed for highly demanding and tired applications, especially city buses.

• Never ever exchange similar turbos with different applicationswor, since it will produce the rupture of the compressor wheel.

For all these turbos, only the following parts are available: repair kits, adapters with washers, gaskets, speed sensor kit, seal of the nozzle rim and v clamp.
